RUDOLPH LOHMEYER
Mr. Rudolph Lohmeyer is the founder and principal of The Lohmeyer Group, a consultancy advising corporate and government clients on future-driven strategy and policy design, execution and institutionalization. He has more than 15 years of experience advising the leadership of major private and public sector organizations on strategic issues.
Most recently, Mr. Lohmeyer served as the Senior Advisor for Long-Term Strategic Planning at the U.S. Department of State, where he was responsible for all long-term strategic planning initiatives and designed and led Project Horizon. Previously, Mr. Lohmeyer worked as an investment banker with Tanner & Company, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions strategy and transaction execution, as a consultant in Deloitte Consulting’s strategy practice, working in both the private and public sectors, and at Adobe Systems where he was Group Manager for eBusiness Strategy. Currently, he is a Senior Advisor for Strategy at the non-partisan Center for the Study of the Presidency and the Congress, and serves on the Advisory Council of the Global Strategy Institute at the Center for Strategic and International Studies.
Mr. Lohmeyer received his BA from Stanford University and both his MBA in Finance and Masters of International Policy from The University of Chicago, with honors for his work on the China-US strategic relationship. While there, he was awarded a SIF Fellowship to conduct research in Asia-Pacific security strategy.
Mr. Lohmeyer is based in Sweden.
